The hotel is in a prime location, very close to the Taj Mahal, making it a perfect place to stay and admire the beauty of Agra. The rooms are spacious and cater well to single clients. The staff is recommended for a residential conference of 02 days, but they could be more attentive. The dining options could use some improvement, especially the taste and variety, but the world-famous seasoned fries stand out. The hotel facilities are clean and comfortable overall, offering a good value for money experience.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and adequately spacious. The service, especially from Mr Ajay Rawal at the pool, was friendly and efficient. The location, while very close to the Taj Mahal, had some ups and downs. The dining experience was decent, with room for improvement. The facilities provided were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable, exactly what I needed after a week-long tour of Rajasthan. However, they seemed a bit outdated and pricey for the value offered. The bathroom was stunning and the shower was a highlight of the room.
